High School season is here

Good luck as your season begins.

Tips to remember:

  1. Stretch for a min. of 20 minutes prior to all kicking sessions.
  2. Hold each stretch for 20 seconds
  3. Kicking workouts don’t need to be more than 70 kicks…quality over quantity
  4. Should be doing drillwork daily – Punt drops, steps, KO approach, leg swings
  5. Hydrate, if you are thirsty, get a drink and drink 5 extra sips
  6. Don’t kick too much in your game warmups…especially kickoffs!
