Tips to remember:
- Stretch for a min. of 20 minutes prior to all kicking sessions.
- Hold each stretch for 20 seconds
- Kicking workouts don’t need to be more than 70 kicks…quality over quantity
- Should be doing drillwork daily – Punt drops, steps, KO approach, leg swings
- Hydrate, if you are thirsty, get a drink and drink 5 extra sips
- Don’t kick too much in your game warmups…especially kickoffs!
